Description

The paperbark maple is among the best trees for its bark. The ACER griseum not only boasts stunning copper-colored bark with various shades of intensity, but also features autumn foliage that ranges from green to orange to red (see the accompanying photos). Even though this tree eventually grows relatively large, its slow growth rate makes it suitable for planting in medium-sized gardens.
